Over 80% of people are more likely to use a business if it offers Apprenticeships to young people, according to recent research.
So a new scheme has been launched to recognise businesses that employ apprentices.
Companies can download the Apprenticeship Employers Badge to show their commitment to Apprenticeships. You can also use the logo on your website or on other materials, such as letterheads and stationery.
The research commissioned by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), also showed that 64% of consumers would use a register enabling them to choose a business that hires apprentices. So in response employers can also upload company logos to the Apprenticeships website register.
To download the badge and for further information visit the employers section on the http://www.apprenticeship.org.uk website or click here.
