We set up as a charity in 1969 to provide first class engineering training for industry. Since then we have grown to help business meet the challenges faced in productivity and performance. We operate across the South of England and can arrange to reach further on request.

We have built strong relationships with hundreds of employers, government bodies and industry groups. Our experience means we support large multinationals as easily as small family businesses. We design bespoke training solutions to suit the individual demands of each company.

Comprehensive & Specialist
We provide a full range of employee development from manufacturing & engineering apprenticeships to management qualifications, specialist skills, adult NVQs and bespoke training solutions. We are specialists in our field focusing on improving all skills within the Engineering & Manufacturing sectors.

We currently look after about 300 apprentices and plus hundreds of adult employees in a wide variety of companies. Every training programme is flexible and designed around the individual needs of learner and employer.
